Hi! My name is Alyson Walters and I am the founder of Anew Mentality, LLC and Wellness. I am honored to have you here. Congratulations on taking on the first step in your journey of becoming well.

You can learn about the team we have in the “OUR TEAM” tab of those who are credentialed and trained to help. An exciting edition to Anew Mentality, LLC is the Anew MENtality Wellness tab. In Anew Mentality Wellness, you will find that we are now open and our sober living home is ready to serve. We are honored to work with those in the community who will need assistance with staying sober, obtaining jobs, gaining lifestyle skills and building a much needed community for their sober journey. Please head to this tab if you are interested in learning more. Complete the interest form to be considered as a resident.

The vision of Anew Mentality LLC is to help people gain better insight into what mental health means and understand how to obtain and maintain a healthy mentality. Anew Mentality also strives to connect with people to bring awareness to mental illness and decrease the stigma. Anew Mentality’s vision is to plant a seed one person at a time to create a more accepting world.
